Delete your account

How to delete your HomeScan account and the data that goes with it.

In the app

• Open HomeScan › Account.
• Tap Delete account and confirm.

By email

Email support@bizzycube.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my HomeScan account”. We confirm and delete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your sign-in, projects, photos, scans, documents, receipts and chats. Payment records we’re required by law to keep are kept only as long as the law requires.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription — cancel it in your phone’s subscription settings.
