What we collect
- Account: your name, email and sign-in details.
- Your projects: photos, room scans and measurements, documents, receipts, notes and chats you create.
- Usage: which features you use and how much (to run allowances and billing), app version, device type and error reports.
- Payments: handled by Apple or Google — we see what you bought and its status, never your card number.
How we use it
To answer your questions, analyze your photos and documents with AI, create designs, estimates and reports, and support you. We use AI models from our providers (such as Anthropic, Amazon Web Services and Google) to process your requests; they do not use your content to train their models under our agreements.
What we never do
- We don’t sell your personal information.
- We don’t share your photos or documents with contractors or insurers unless you send them yourself.
Keeping and deleting
We keep your data while your account is open. Delete your account and we delete your data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law. How to delete your account.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest on AWS.
Children
HomeScan isn’t for children under 13.
